  • General Registry: Mondays to Fridays from 09:00 to 14:00 (excluding December 24th and 31st).

Office opening hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, from 10:30 am to 8:30 pm.
Transport Consortium service hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

NOTICE: The procedures detailed below will be carried out exclusively within the service hours of the Transport Consortium:

  • Distribution of cards with discounts for large families, when it is a replacement due to malfunction. 
  • Renewal of cards with discounts for large families. 
  • Transfer of balance from commemorative cards. 
  • Checking of balance, validations, top-ups, transfers, journeys, etc. of the Consortium card and regularization if applicable.
