Transport Consortium service hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

- Renewal of cards with discounts for large families.
- Transfer of balance from commemorative cards.
- Checking of balance, validations, top-ups, transfers, journeys, etc. of the Consortium card and regularization if applicable.
